What type of payment methods are accepted by www.leaphealth.my?

All orders are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, & UNIONPAY.

We also accept the following eWallets: Boost, GrabPay, Maybank QR, Mcash, ShopeePay, & Touch' N Go.

Online banking is also available.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All www.leaphealth.my payments are secure. However, transmitting any data online and over the internet will never be a 100% secure. Any information that is made available on the internet has the potential for interception. 

Does www.leaphealth.my accept international credit card?
Yes. www.leaphealth.my accepts international credit card. International billing address that is linked to your credit card is required when completing a payment. 

Does www.leaphealth.my accept PayPal?
Yes. www.leaphealth.my accepts PayPal. Your order will only be deemed successful upon validation and reception of your PayPal transfer. A delivery will only occur when payment is confirmed.

How does subscription work?
Once subscribed, products are automatimatically delivered on your schedule. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription at anytime.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our goods that mainly holds an expiry period. We guarantee that all your goods are checked to ensure brand new condition and we practice our business with integrity.

Can I return a gift delivered to me?
A gift sent is a gift received. We do not accept returns for gifts delivered to you by your sender.

Can I exchange my gift for something else?
Leaphealth.my ensures that our gifts and products are of brand new quality or at their best condition prior to delivery. We do not accept any exchanges for gifts received.

How do I cancel my www.leaphealth.my account?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically it'll take 3-5 business days for orders within Malaysia. Overseas orders are dependent on destination. We're doing our best to deliver promptly to you.

All products on leaphealth.my are available for delivery across West & East Malaysia.
