Colecalciferol 2.5 microgram, equiv. Vitamin D3 100 IU, Fucus vesiculosus (Kelp) ext. 5 mg, derived from dry whole plant 25 mg, equiv. Iodine 5 microgram, Magnesium amino acid chelate 806 mg, equiv. Magnesium 161 mg, Magnesium aspartate dihydrate 100 mg, equiv. Magnesium 7.5 mg, Magnesium orotate dihydrate 100 mg, equiv. Magnesium 6.4 mg, Total elemental Magnesium 174.9 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 30 mg, equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 24.7 mg.
